This problem was brought up by Han Kim during our first Maker Club meeting.
Components involved:
Arduino model: Not sure? Have to ask him. We can test on the Sandbox's Arduinos (which are Unos).
Wi-fi Module: ESP8266
Problem:
The issue is connecting the Arduino to the Module - the ESP8266's wi-fi is working, just not the communication between the two electronics.
Admin comments:
From googling around, seems like the module has to be connected using breadboards and wiring.
Another thing to watch out for is that the Arduino uses 5V while the module uses 3.3V so if done improperly, it's possible to accidentally fry the board.
